City is in crisis.
Dog crap that causes rat population to multiply is everywhere.
Even if dog owners are trying to scoop it the residual is left on the sidewalks.
Winter is the biggest disaster. Dog owners think that if it goes under the snow it is OK.
Writing and chatting does not solve the problem.
What about adding an additional tax or a fee for having a dog in the city? City authorities will like it for sure.
City needs money and our property taxes are not getting any lower even in a declining real estate market.
Will the tax limit dog population and help the city to be cleaner?
I have heard an opinion that dogs should be banned from the city altogether. Is it too extreme?
Ideas?
