The whole Wrigley area is covered with residual from drinking and partying after the game.
That includes local streets and sidewalks, even private area around local homes.
The cleanup car only comes to the major streets: Clark and Addison. It takes care of the road. No attention by the city is paid to the sidewalks, local streets, gated yards.
What shall we do? Ideas?
That is true.. Cleaning tracks seems to clean only streets leaving all the garbage on the sidewalks. All the bushes, grass, areas around trees covered with the crap drunk fans throwing around. If home owners or landlords wouldn't clean around their properties this garbage would be there until the next game.
